New Children's book
Adventures Between
Detentions and Heaven.
The purpose of the book: is to introduce children to the Christian faith—the belief in God the Father, the Holy Spirit, and the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Theological, existential, spiritual, and moral reflections are set against the everyday situations of children aged 9 to 11. The narrator is the main character, Sion, who is 11 years old. Sion has two sisters, Pola and Corni, as well as five school friends.
The book presents moral and spiritual truths in a way that is engaging for children—funny, clever, and wise—drawing lessons and forming a clear moral from each story experienced. Children are meant to learn who God is, where He is, how He influences our lives, and what He desires from us.
They will explore whether humans are good or bad, what love is, how a Christian is called to love properly, what the purpose and meaning of life is, and who they can become when they fully trust in God's providence.
